Makes about 1 1/2 cups
INGREDIENTS:
1 large avocado
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon (or more) of your favorite hot sauce
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
The dressing will keep well for up to three days.
