Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients

1 cup flour
Dash of salt
1 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
3 cups diced rhubarb
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix 1/4 cup flour, salt, sugar and eggs together; combine with rhubarb and pour into 8 X 8-inch pan.
Combine brown sugar, 3/4 cup flour, and butter; blend until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture. Bake for 45 minutes.
