Dear Food Front Vendors,
Food Front closed its doors on April 24, 2023, and our future is uncertain. The new Board of Directors is negotiating financing to restructure our debt, and we hope to have this secured soon.
We realize this is not the news you want to hear, and that you may have outstanding invoices. Our goal is to be upfront and transparent as we go through the process of determining which accounts are in arrears, and to pay them in full as quickly as possible. Every member of the Board would like to reopen the CoOp, and we are working through several potential models that may allow us to do so. If we can, we would like to continue the relationships we have established with you, our trusted vendors.
Please send us your outstanding invoice here, even if you have before, so that we can cross reference and verify our payable schedule. You may send any questions regarding payment to this email as well.
We apologize for the stress this delay in payment has caused you. We ask for your patience while we do everything possible to make all of our vendor partners whole.
